Red Wings Get Shut Out, Fall to Rangers 0-4

Detroit's struggles continued on the road, as they were shut out by the New York Rangers 4-0 on Thursday night. The Red Wings just couldn't find their groove, and the Rangers played a solid game, making it a frustrating night for Detroit.

The Wings had a rough time generating any offense, and the Rangers defense was stifling. They couldn't seem to get a good shot on net, and the few shots they did get were easily handled by the Rangers goalie.

The first goal came early in the first period, and the Rangers never looked back. They added two more in the second period, and then put the final nail in the coffin with another goal in the third.
